Just moved in and the place and price are great. Jack really helped me out in making the process go by smooth and quickly.
My move-in experience was overall positive and smooth. This was possible from the help of CLV group and specifically Erin McEvoy who never hesitated to answer any questions I had.
I moved to 447 Somerset a week ago and it was everything smoothly and a I got and excellent tour of the apartment and the building by Taylor McGahan. At any moment I could write to her and she inmediately reply my questions always very friendly and helpful. She is great doing her job.
I would like to share some of the things that a rental agent will not tell you before moving in to 447 Somerset St. W that I wish I had noticed or been told before moving in: There is a bus stop directly out front of this building, so if you have a unit that faces the road it is constantly loud, despite that their website says it's "quiet."
