If you are looking for a nice place to rent for your party. 445 Events is the place to rent for your gathering. I had my wedding here last weekend and it was perfect! Ms. Lisa made sure that everything was taking care of for me and my wife's wedding. The staff here is really good with the clients. I love how they work with you I will difinitely rent here again in the future! Thank you Ms. Lisa for everything you did for me and my wife wedding! God Bless you! 🙂
Absolutely terrible place. Staff is incredibly rude and constantly in an out during your event. They watch you through cameras and if you take too long in the bathroom they will come in to see what you're doing. They add extra fees without telling you. The place was dirty, cobwebs and dust on the ceiling and all of the tables and chairs are broken,chipped, stained or otherwise falling apart. Would give zero stars if possible.

It was alright I didn't dance but my sister had so much fun and she love it and it was for my young tia 15 and I'm glad that they have a restroom and it was awesome and I had fun because of led hair clip that my grandma give us and everyone had so much fun they were dancing if you want a small 15 or 16 I 100 recommend this place
