This is such a cool building! A TRUE Tucson hidden gem. The lobby features a bank, a hair salon, a little restaurant, and a photo studio! There's a really nice outdoor grassy area with a cute little patio. The front doors are ADA accessible with one of those buttons you push that opens the doors for you. Plenty of free parking. Best latte in town located in the nearby shopping strip at Crave Coffee. Lots of food options nearby. Conveniently located between Swan and Columbus.

In Tucson, we don't get much rain - at least, outdoors. But come inside! It often is raining on the first floor. Toilet water. They have some problems with the old plumbing system. Management says the tenants are the problem - you know, ladies flushing stuff down to clog the pipes. But a construction person, familiar with the insides of the building, told me the old pipes have needed replacing for a long time. So we have been dealing with frequent "out-of-order" bathrooms.
