Having lived at 440 Rathburn for 7 years, it was great to finally have Sumaya and Asif as resident managers there. They were so kind during my last few months at the building and went out of their way to help me whenever needed. I’m sorry I ended up moving a short time after they started working there.
I second ALL of the one star reviews. Also, Don’t move here if you work remotely. I asked if they could come do the inspection at a later time because I was in a work meeting. The manager (Kevyn) put his foot in the door and pushed his way in and said “too bad I don’t care, we’re doing it now. You can go complain too the government!!!” He also told me it’s in the lease agreement I can’t “conduct a business from my unit”. So dumb!!! I guess they don’t know about the internet? And how people can work on their phones? Remotely?... read more
One of the worst buildings I have ever witnessed, do not move here .Their renovations are poorly made and there is always something breaking or not workimg properly.. the water pressure is horrible , the new sliding doors they added before moving in are already getting jammed Due to poor quality and rushed renovations . The visitors parking situation is a joke if the super (kevyn ) isnt there u cant get a day pass ,you will end up getting a ticket drom the city.
