Promptly replied to my inquiry however we couldn’t agree on the market value of the car.
Not very knowledgeable about vehicles on his lot. Then he never called me back with the answer to my questions

Dealer wouldn't come down on price for issues with this vehicle. Dealer also did not try to fix the issues with the vehicle. Salesman also forgot my name, had to remind them of my name several times in a matter of minutes.

Really appreciate you taking the time to trash on a hard working family run business. Anyone with common sense can read the very 1st line of the review that states the obvious reason for the review. Sure is hard to stay in business if we sell cars for less than we have in them especially when customers want to use their own financing and pass on a warranty. Really hope you find the dealer desperate to sell you a nice reconditioned vehicle at private seller price.
Great folks to deal with! The right car, the right price and everything went off on schedule. Tyler handled everything, so I just showed up and drove my Cadillac DTS Platinum home. I recommend 440 Auto Sales!

As an out-of-state buyer using an online platform like Cargurus, I genuinely appreciate a receptive dealership and salesperson willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and treat me the same way that they would an in-person buyer. I can say with confidence, that this dealership, and the salesperson Tyler has met my expectations of what an online car buying purchase should entail in this day and age.
They prices are way overpriced! I Ask if they will lower the price? They said no! I purchased 2010 limited edition model from other dealership with nearly 4,000 dollars less ! Now two weeks later I See they drop the price for 1,000 dollars ! But refused to do it for me weeks earlier?

It is very challenging to please everyone but we do what we can. When we opened 440 Auto Sales in 2014 we specialized in selling older used vehicles for under $5,000 that we purchased here in Ohio. Customers complained in reviews that the cars weren't nice enough and had problems shortly after purchase. We now specialize in selling cleaner older specialty vehicles that we purchase out of state.
