Food is always amazing here. Staff was ok but a little scarce. However, they charged me TWICE for my meal which was NOT cheap due to two people eating. I've called and the manager isn't back until Fri. I'll update this if I can after they make it right... Edited to say they gave me a full refund due to their error.
Enjoyable dinner, first visit here. Fries were "moon" style crispy on the outside and fresh and chewy inside. French dip was delicious. Plenty to take home and enjoy the next day. Friendly service and good atmosphere.
A lot of food.
We were seated immediately - that was great. Drinks and apps came quickly - then we waited about 35 minutes for food. Less than impressed….burgers are giving a store bought vibe, perfectly round and no flavor - Mac and cheese was old and soggy…none of us finished our food. Then we were told before we even got all of our food that we would need to be out by 5:15 (30 Minutes from when we started to get our food) would have been nice to know before we were sat.
