I even emailed your regional manager last week- crickets. I lived at 44 Monroe for about 15 months across three apartments, and unfortunately had consistently negative experiences. • Maintenance & Safety: Hot water outages happened 2–3 times per month. After living at 44 Monroe for a year, I recently decided to move out. You may notice that a lot of the recent positive reviews refer to their time here as a “stay.” That’s because many of 44’s units were converted to AirBnBs at some point last year, effectively turning half of the building into a hotel, without notice being given to the building’s actual residents (no big surprise, poor communication came to be expected from the building's management).
