The staff at 44 Monroe has been amazing! Ruben and Nicole are awesome, and the concierge staff is very friendly and always helpful. The few maintenance needs I had have all been handled very timely and professionally, and the staff overall has been extremely accommodating. Greystar has done nothing but improve my living experience here month over month. Valid efforts to keep the property as clean as possible and running efficiently have been made apparent. Apartments are very fancy parking ramp clean and secure
This building goes hard. It's a classic luxury product with so much to offer. Perfectly situated in downtown for ease of access. Best cost per square footage in the downtown market. Amenities are great and I like the large gym. Shout out to Matthew Denny in Maintenance holding it down and his team going above and beyond!
