I love living here. The views and the size of the units are unmatched by anything in downtown and its not even close. Whenever there are issues, the maintenance team is fast, effective and communicative. The staff at the front desk are so kind and so thoughtful. Faith and Christian are both huge standouts. My fiancee and I recently got engaged and they went out of their way to give us flowers and a card from the 44 Monroe team. Wonderful people
I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to justify one. I paid for a parking space through their Zark app, confirmed it was active with auto-renewal, and still had my car towed before my reservation expired., (I reserved the spot at 7:43AM on 03/30 which was set to 'expire' at 12:00PM on 03/31) When I contacted the towing company, I was given multiple, contradictory excuses; wrong spot, management request, expired tags, none of which were accurate. we've just moved in recently - and have lived in several other major cities high rise apartments. very new but we do absolutely love it. the move in process was easy - our unit is amazing, you cannot beat the views or the location. everyone that works here has been very friendly and helpful. very prompt with maintenance and just friendly and helpful. we love it but will update as time goes

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPAY!! These ppl are extremely disorganized and rude. Communication with them is practically impossible and even when you can talk to someone they have no idea what’s going on. On top of all that they price gouge so bad that you are guaranteed to lose your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. I was in a place for one month and they took 80% of my deposit even though I left it exactly how I found it!
