When I first moved into 44 Monroe in 2023, it was still under Grand Peaks management and I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Constant maintenance issues, building falling apart, dirty and staff was far from helpful. Leaving the pictures attached because I wasn't able to update my last review. But the place was a disaster to say the least. Ever since Greystar took over, this place has done a complete 180. So much so, that I renewed my lease for another 14 months. The staff at 44 Monroe has been amazing! Ruben and Nicole are awesome, and the concierge staff is very friendly and always helpful. The few maintenance needs I had have all been handled very timely and professionally, and the staff overall has been extremely accommodating. Greystar has done nothing but improve my living experience here month over month. Valid efforts to keep the property as clean as possible and running efficiently have been made apparent.
