Every time I go there they make you wait for a both even if a booth(s) are available! They tell me they keep open as not to overwhelm the cooks! Who ever heard of such a thing anywhere else in the United States!? Ordered two bagels with cream cheese and they screwed up one bagel! It did not come with the other at same time. When it finally came it had to go back because it was barely toasted! Later waitress thought the second bagel was to go! I have in the past had to send a bagel back under toasted .
