I have been a customer here for years and you would think that the owners would remember my name by now but they still don’t. I’m never offered water either but other customers are. I have always tipped over 20% and last appointment I was nickel and dimed for a small request that wouldn’t have caused much effort on their part at all. So now they lost a long time customer. Very disappointed my business wasn’t valued.
Great Experience, atmosphere was nice and calm, nail techs were kind and professional, techs were very helpful even though we were late to our appointment. Definitely planning on coming again.
