This apartment complex is bar none the best out of any I have ever lived. We have lived in five apartments in three cities and this building takes the cake. The units, the neighborhood & the management company are all spectacular. The walkability is fantastic. Many of the local bars and restaurants will give you a "Grove resident" discount. While this may be a neighborhood where safety was an issue in the past, there is a police presence that makes you feel safe at home now. We never experienced any problems ourselves.
