I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour 4321 Grove Apartments. I scheduled a tour with Cornelius for 11:00 AM and showed up on time, but he never arrived. After I called him, he explained that his phone had been broken and he thought his boss had rescheduled. While I appreciated the explanation, it was still unacceptable that there was no proactive communication and I was left waiting. We rescheduled for 3:00 PM the same day. This apartment complex is bar none the best out of any I have ever lived. We have lived in five apartments in three cities and this building takes the cake. The units, the neighborhood & the management company are all spectacular. The walkability is fantastic. Many of the local bars and restaurants will give you a "Grove resident" discount. While this may be a neighborhood where safety was an issue in the past, there is a police presence that makes you feel safe at home now. We never experienced any problems ourselves.
