Great location
ROACHES.. Found this particular roach between the toilet and sink during our unit viewing. We visited three units in three separate buildings here which all had at least 1 dead roach on the floor. The last unit (2 bedrooms at #456) had three dead roaches in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Units look nice but ultimately we were disgusted.
Loved living there 10 years ago in my 3 bedroom apartment for $850. The company that took over are nothing but thieves. What they're charging now is disgusting. There is no controlled entrance, no elevator or ensuite laundry. Hell even the pictures they're posting online aren't even what the places look like. Just disgusting!!
