"famous lobster roll" - bit into one of these and nearly cracked a tooth on a huge piece of shell... overall so disappointing - mediocre food, dining room full of flies, the bathrooms are kept in an atrocious state, and the back patio is dilapidated how this place is still open is beyond me...wife and I will not be returning that's for sure

Staff were super friendly. Food was great aside from the medium-well steak that was served to my wife, who ordered it medium-rare. Welcome bread assortment was delicious (especially the one with the fruits in it!), and I wish more places served fresh warm breads. Sound carries very easily, so if there are few guests, like during my visit, you feel like everyone is listening to your conversation.

We had a fantastic time at 43 Green today. The front of house was very attentive, food was scrumptious, and the music was good. I was surprised to see how quiet it is for the quality of the meal and service. We will certainly be back soon.

I celebrated my birthday with my husband last night at 43 Green after reading about Chef Lewis' transformation of the menu. The price fix is an incredible value. A delicious bread basket started us off. We both chose the lobster bisque as our appetizer,which was absolutely delicious. Creamy without being cloying, seasoned well, and with nice bites of lobster. Run, don't walk to this place. As good a meal as I have ever had anywhere on Long Island. The prix fixe menu ($43) is an unbelievable value. Immediately one of my favorite restaurants. Can't wait to go back.
