Bought a part that was supposedly inner changeable, took it to have installed and the part did not work. The place installing had to order the correct part they took pics to compare and showed me that the parts electronics did not actually match just the way it mounted. Now I'm out labor times 2 over 43 autos mistake asked if they would at least pay half the cost and they said no. However they want the picture for there records. Called them on many occasions about a part an was told many different versions of the same part, first it was great, then find out it's broken an then found out that their was a 25% restock fee to then be told their were no refunds. Why would I even waste my time driving there to get any parts when all you do is lie to people about them.
I deal with salvage yards nearly everyday for my profession. 43 auto was the first to offer a clean, friendly and organized salvage. They have changed the business in this area as other salvages have had to start offering better services too just to compete. They have a great selection, are competitively priced and are always willing to work with me if a problem does arise. I am lucky to have such a great salvage yard so close.
Just left 43 auto salvage. I stood in line 15 minutes without being acknowledged. I'll buy a new part before I'll mess with these clowns again.
Great selection, service and prices....but the best is their people. I provided an extensive list of what I needed with detailed instructions on what would... or would not be acceptable. I am not an easy person to please. Yet...Clint met...and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not have been more happy.
