I have never been to such an unprofessional dental practice in my life. As I filled in my paperwork, I listened to one of the office staff treat an elderly woman so terribly. I was made to wait almost an hour for the supposed dentist( a female). She was beyond rude and disinterested. The young man came to take an X-ray of my tooth was the only person with manners and a professional demeanor. I only went because my insurance covered treatment here . I used this dental practice because they accepted my insurance. The customer service representatives are disinterested and at times rude. The last time I was there for a cleaning, a ceiling tile was missing, which is a huge red flag in a healthcare facility. It brings in germs and risk of infection. I advised the hygienist that she needed to contact facilities to have it replaced, but she seemed confused. Going to the dentist is never exactly a pleasant experience, but it was clear everyone in this office was working really hard and cared about what they were doing. Nigel especially was awesome, he took my xrays and was so pleasant the whole time. Thanks to the team.

After I waited 2 months for this appointment, 42nd street dental associates called me the day of my appointment to inform me that the dentist has an emergency and cannot see me today. Things happen sometimes so I asked if I could be seen tomorrow or this week, the receptionist said NO she has June 12th available! I am so confused I didn’t cancel my appointment and I have to wait a 5 weeks for another appointment. I’ll be looking elsewhere this is insane!
