The price was great but their technology is junk. It wouldn't scan our prepaid QR code so we had to call on the intercom for help. They let us in but told us we would need to call the interim to be let out. It took us 10 min to get the intercom to even work! We were getting close to calling the cops because we were just stuck in an unattended garage at 10pm with no way to get out. Never again!
WORST ramp- took 2 hours to exit do NOT park in this ramp
Awful parking situation for Vikings games. You will be in this garage for one hour sitting there like a chump. Avoid at all costs
The place is huge and well lit up. I felt safe.
Trapped my car due to malfunctioning gates, payment equipment, and help buttons. DO NOT USE THIS PARKING GARAGE! The doors leading into the garage from the street were locked and did not open from the ticket I purchased. I was only able to get in and get my car by having a friend move their car into the sensor location to open the main vehicle doors which I then walked through.
