Dr. German Ortiz and the staff there are amazing!
I can't say enough good things about the staff. I can't speak for every practitioner here but the ones ive seen have made me feel seen and never blew off my issues. On top of that the front desk staff has always been kind and patient. April has gone above and beyond to help me get a referral to a new neurologist after i had an issue with the one i was seeing. I can't thank you enough.
First Appointment, was there early to do paper work etc. Then got seen by a nurse to get medical background and medications straight. Then place in a room to wait for a doctor, which seemed like a life time. All the while you can hear co workers and doctors in the hallways discussing weekend plans and talking about their boyfriends etc. So finally the doctor walks in answers none of my questions and listens to my breathing. Safety oriented organized efficient with minimal wait time both in the front and in the back. I'm old school and I remember Ohio valley in St John's but I have to say Trinity health systems is a great addition to this community
Was there for two hours still in pain a week after leaving hospital and could not give me any medication for the pain and want me to go back in six weeks just abusing my Medicare still in pain keep calling won’t call me back about time to call a lawyer
