Every single month they charge my account the incorrect amount. You would think it would be a simple fix, but apparently not. Many times when they say they will fix it and refund the difference, they don't. Now they are not answering the phone or returning messages. Find some place else. They are not professional.
I have been using 422 storage mall for seven years. Very pleased with the facility and the wonderful staff.
