I am not a current or past resident, so this one star rating is specifically for Pete, the abrasive property manager who accepted a tour request then canceled day of and basically did everything he could to deter me even seeing the property. Upon reading these reviews, it appears I dodged a bullet.
Reposting because they seemed to have manipulated the reviews. **Construction everyday. They are breaking housing and noise laws too. They start at like 7:00 am. Then these contractors are abrasive and unmindful of the residents who pay to live here. Terrible place to live so far. We regret moving here recently.
Going on 17 years! Maintenance awesome! Property Manager and staff are on top of things all the time. They keep you informed of what is going on and keep you safe.
