Sadly my husband and I did not have an experience here. We used them for our 2023 taxes. They did not seem like they understood much about 1099 and what expenses/write offs you could use as a 1099. I felt like I had to suggest everything, like seeing what the difference would be to file separate or jointly- which you would think they would automatically do that.
