I been going to these folks for a few years now. Process is easy and straight up no confusion there with any of their employees. I still have my letters and cards from them. Office is in downtown next to the Asian pool hall and beauty supply stores. Its very convenient just bring cash with you!
Front desk woman was amazingly helpful. Dr. Jennifer Shaw is the worst most unprofessional and not empathetic to her patients that come to 420 MD. she interupts you, treats you as if your stupid or lying and does not review paperwork. She flinged my ID at me when i first walked in the room and pushed my reccomendations and paperwork at me when we were finished. We are a professional service. We were calling to verify a patient because their website is down. And I got to speak with the most terrible receptionist. Sounds like she hates her job. Sounded ghetto and miserable. Like what I was asking was such a hassle and she just hung up on me. These are not the type of people we want representing this industry.
