It is so easy to get through, and I am grateful to have this ability to medicate when needed for these horrible headaches!
Called 5 days ago to help my 70-year-old mother renew her medical card and never got a call back. Now her license is going to expire before it can be renewed. Have used this service for my medical card, my mother's medical card, my caregiver, and my grow license for the last 5 years and this is how they treat their very loyal return customers. I will make sure and let all of the cannabis community that I am connected with how I've been treated and I most definitely will not make the mistake of giving them my business again.
Dr. Fitch took my money never gave me the form to fill out. I want my money back. I have called and left message. No one's has reach out to me. It will be a week and still no progress. I'm so freaking pissed I want my money back. I have left message on my refund. Stating I won't my money back. Now when I call they send me to voicemail. At this point y'all scam .e out of my money. Was skeptical at first. I read some reviews. I tried a few different websites for pricing including nugmed. I forget the others. Set my appointment up last night for my appointment this morning at 9:30am. Was approved immediately for my chronic pain. And my card was approved by the state of Missouri by 10:16am. lol my card was printable in 46minutes of my appointment. Of course it all depends on how noticeable your condition is for approval I think and how backed up your state is on applications.
