I had an excellent experience with the service provided by Dillon and David. My microwave stopped working, and they quickly arranged a replacement. Additionally, I had some concerns with my washer, and without even needing a service request, Dillon was able to help me out right away. The service was quick, professional, and I’m really happy with the results!
Chris really made the experience feel so welcoming. He highlighted all the wonderful offers Camden has for its residents and made me feel excited to be a part of a safe and accepting community. I felt like home on my tour and although I had a little minor set back before moving in, he was still so patient and communicative and saved my unit for me!! 10/10
Lived at Camden for about 3 years! Pros: -Great location, super close to everything but not loud at night like other buildings -Maintenance Team! Gabriel, Dillon, Angel, Eton- truly so responsive to all service requests. Always felt safe when they were working around the building or in my apartment. I mostly put in requests for clogged drains, AC filter changes, dishwasher. I don't live in the apartments and haven't toured it, however I needed to thank a worker, and didn't know how else to reach out! Very late at night, around 2:30AM, a friend and I (both young women) were waiting on the corner for our other friends. Some men we didn't know were also on the corner and started talking to us, and while they were nice, I was still cautious.
