Stay away from sterling karamar since they took over this place it’s just going down hill. Worst people to deal with, really bad maintenance STAY AWAY!!!!
Avoid Sterling Karamar at All Costs After a peaceful tenancy, Sterling Karamar's acquisition of my building has turned into a nightmare. They've consistently harassed me about my designated parking spot, falsely claiming I don't have one and demanding exorbitant monthly fees. They've even forced me out to rent out my spot and threatened to tow my vehicle! Despite raising my rent for parking garage upgrades, they still insist I need to pay for a new spot. Steer clear of any property associated with this company.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing and persistent leak issues within my unit, other units, and the floor hallway. Despite multiple reports and interactions with Christopher Maclean, ARM, Residential Property Manager and Edwin Fair, Resident Manager, the problem remains unresolved. The dismissive attitude that "leaks are normal due to the boiler" is completely unacceptable. It is unreasonable to expect residents to live in constant fear of returning to a flooded unit.
