Worst property management company I have ever heard of and/or experienced. I’ve had many many issues that needed maintenance and there is absolutely no way of contacting the property managers besides through a maintenance request (that they won’t show up for more than half of the time). The phone number does not work. The emergency maintenance phone number does not work. And they email through a portal where you have no way of emailing back. If I could give them less than 1 star review if I could. Mary Cerio is one of the most unprofessional landlords I have ever worked with. Countless times we fixed and pay for problems within the apartment and were not reimbursed. We were forced to fix things ourselves because they would not respond to our maintenance requests. They also continuously showed our apartment during our lease even when we had signed and had over a year left of the lease. I have never felt my privacy violated as much as living in this apartment. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY Like other reviews below, we have experienced unresponsive and unprofessional communications/interactions with Jason and Mary. From the beginning they have taken extremely long amounts of time to answer/fix any maintenance requests. For matters not immediate/dire we have simply given up on asking them to fix, while we still pay rent in full each month.
