I've lived in the Columbia area for many years (retired army) and this is the best location there is. Koral Meaige the manager is responsive, considerate and super helpful.. Kudos to the entire team at 42 Magnolia + 5000 Forest.
I was going to apply for an apartment at Forty Two Magnolia and couldn’t believe how rundown the property has become over the past year with the new management. I even noticed there was a column missing from the front office and parking lot lighting is out. The landscaping looks awful and the buildings look rundown. I don’t know what happened to this place!
