Great service and completed on time
Very professional, thorough, and courteous. Quick reasonable service and very clean and comfortable waiting area much appreciated.
We spent over $6,000 at J&M Auto for major repairs (Head gasket replacement and ignition) on our Chrysler Pacifica. Within a week, the check engine light came back on. When we returned, we were told it was just an EVAP error and that the vehicle was fine to drive. Shortly after, the van broke down on a family trip and had to be towed to another shop. These guys are amazing! They have worked on my car several times and I am always impressed by their customer service and ability to do a great job, fast!
I use them for my vehicle services and would recommend them to anyone. They are very attentive and friendly and answer all my questions about any service I may need. They also provide me with rides to and from work when I need a ride and their drop off and pick up services are outstanding and timely. Thank you for your great service to my Discovery Sport! I also appreciate the service personnel all around.
