Well the lady that helped me was very nice and she changed my battery right away. Problem is the new battery still doesn’t last through the day, I emailed asking about face recognition not working and never got a response, and I just feel like she should have told me the fact the face recognition wouldn’t work because the battery isn’t Apple certified. Just because as an iPhone specialist she knew that! I have an a used I iPhone 11 Pro.
