417 Rentals HAS fixed and issue. They are nice and good people.
WORST WORST WORST people to rent from. They are the laziest landlord known to Earth. I rented from them, and my furnace didnt work the entire time i lived there (August-January). They told me it was "brand new" I had to take my son to family members houses to bath him because it was FREEZING. Sometimes he even had to stay the night there. They refused to fix it. (I had asked for several months) I had the city of springfield inspect the house and they had said the house was not livable. They had redflaged it and the next day ... read more

We always try to take care of our tenants requests immediately, It's possible Mrs ***** failed to pay the utility co like she did us for more that three months out of only a total of five months. We treat our vacant properties for pests, there was quite a mess to clean up after she moved out. We work with tenants in financial situations, everyone of us has difficulties during our life, we understand. That's why we continue to have the lowest rent prices in town.
