Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. The assistant showed clear hostility and unnecessary attitude the moment I asked a simple question about wait time. Instead of giving a clear answer, she was dismissive, confrontational, and practically pushed me out without any proper explanation. I have never experienced such disrespect in a legal office.
