I lived here for 2.5 years and the walls are insanely thin, you hear regular conversation from the neighbors. The metal roof leaked profusely and parking spots were constantly taken by patrons of the surrounding businesses--you can't actually call to have anyone towed, only the property manager could and he never would. Gets a generous two stars because i loved having a garden, but it got really annoying to get asked about it by passing strangers every five minutes.
