I recently did some work for this company, and unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding about the cost of my services. In the end, they refused to pay, (offered me less than half) which was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend that other contractors make sure to get all agreements and costs clearly written and signed before doing any work with this company. This was my experience, and I just want others in the industry to be aware and cautious.
I recently worked with 416HomeBuyer and I was satisfied with the transaction! They are very honest about the property details, and explained what repairs need to be done. Looking forward to work with them again.
