Customer services, reception, cupping, massage, acupuncture is amazing in this clinic. My son had a cough after cupping and acupuncture he felt better. That’s my lovely place. I offer for everyone.
Ekaterina was absolutely amazing and took very good care of my lower back pain. Strongly recommended!!
Horrible reception/customer service! I am a new customer. I was rudely confronted and hung up on because I mistakenly forgot my appointment. I didn’t get a chance to re-book because the front staff were rude and so confrontational over the phone! I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I definitely won’t be rebooking. So disappointed. There were definitely other ways to handle this situation and as a customer this isn’t where I’d be investing my time or money in the future. Find a better, friendlier place!!!
I have been going to 416 H.I.K for a few days. I have had a great experience every single time.Amazing hand and treated my muscles to the core I highly recommend this place. I love the ambiance and space as well. Thank you, Katrine, Nora, and all the rest of the team.
