Excellent gym and community. My must drop-in when travelling to Toronto.
Knowledgeable coaches, great classes, great community feel. Basics program is a must if youre new to crossfit - it really helps set you up for success. The class sizes are very good / not overly crowded like other gyms in the area, so the coaches can actually spend time with you and give feedback. You spend a proper amount of time each class warming up and learning the lifts which is great for injury prevention and feeling confident in your lifts. Overall a great gym, highly recommend!
Really nice crossfit box. Very professional and super friendly. I’ll go again, next time when i’m in Toronto.
