1) Packages are often left strewn about the lobby. When I contacted management, they told me it was the mail carriers' fault - when old management was here, this literally never happened. Not only that, but they don't tell you when you receive a package. You'd better hope no one sends you anything important, or if they do, that they tell you when it was delivered. Be friendly to travel nurses. They charged me after I moved out. I gave my notice to the new manager as soon as I knew he was not aware I was moving out. Also never reimbursed $410 for fees charged. I was told that they would reimburse for fees. They are very misleading when renting the unit to you. Travelers beware this is not a good company to rent from.
Management started being extremely rude the day they came to know we want to move. They made us charge almost 1 thousand dollars extra because of not cooperating with our pod track for 2 different occasions, we lost our flight because of them. The pod company charged us 3 times more ! Annette and Merily are not sincere at all.
The best place I have lived EVER. Beautiful building, wonderful caring responsive staff, especially Jeff and Annette, who clearly care about and take pride in what they do, great location across the street from a Jewel and the Howard L for quick easy transportation to downtown, nice resident's lounge with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, diverse friendly residents, some very nice social gatherings, a terrific maintenance staff, very helpful front desk security staff nights/weekends, indoor parking. We stayed at the Premier Apartments for one month. It was a GREAT experience. All the working people were extremely gentle and always helpful. We loved the activities they organise to unite the neighbors of such a gigantic building. All the common facilities are very modern and we enjoyed them very much as well. This is a great place to live if you are looking for an effortless lifestyle. The staff is great, very responsive and accomodating. Amenities are plentiful for the cost. 24-hour concierge who are all very friendly. Great location if you are looking for easy access to city and north suburbs. Also across the street from a plaza making your daily errands quick and easy.
