Richard came to work on two of our toilets. One needed a new pump, and the other one needed a new handle. After he left neither one worked, and I have been unable to get a receipt out of him after trying for 2 weeks. The toilet where he replaced the handle was running water constantly and driving up our water bill. The one where he replaced the pump, there was almost no water flow when I flushed it.
