They came and did what they had to do. They were very clean and didn't leave any mess behind. It was my first time using their services, and they came and just cleaned my air ducts. Everything turned out fine. I had a few surprises, and it would have been good had I known that there was a possibility of them opening the ceiling before they came. But all in all, they were very efficient and timely.
415 Carpet and Air did a fantastic job deodorizing and cleaning my older carpet. The service was awesome. They were on time and very efficient. They were able to remove some tough spots we could not get out ourselves. I would definitely recommend and call them the next time.

Very prompt They were very prompt, and they came when they said they were going to. When they were done, the carpets looked brand new! I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies before, but I never experienced the level of satisfaction that I did this last time. It was wonderful. They're a very professional company!
They were able to get the pet stains and odor out of the carpet after a tenant moved out. We thought it was permanent but we were wrong. The old carpet looks and smells good.

Awesome! I am thrilled with the carpet results. Had the carpets done before vacation, which gave them plenty of time to thoroughly dry.
