Staying in the 414 Light Street Apartments has been one of my best experiences in Baltimore. The units have great views and the amenities are well maintained. Weeks are stuffed with community events, and you’ll never find yourself bored. The building is secured by responsible guards and the concierge staffers, which is crucial in a city like Baltimore. 414 Light Street is an amazing building, amazing views and wonderful amenities. Redefines luxury living. The concierge staff are amazing and helpful, especially Wanda and Garrett! They are gems to keep, always smiling, welcoming to residents and their guests, highly professional and responsive, always helping with packages and supporting residents in every way possible. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here for just over a year. I am in my 2nd apartment here, as I signed a new lease for year #2. The building is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is pretty nice and helpful. Louise makes herself very available and easy to contact, which is extremely refreshing after my previous building was a nightmare to reach management. My only knock is the maintenance. The maintenance tends to be a bit slow, and I’ve noticed a variety of things that aren’t quite right in my new apart... read more
Management is excellent. Incredible amenities. Extremely well maintained. A community you can call home due to the many events they host and wonderful people living here.
