I have lived here for over a month and it has been an exceptional experience here all thanks to Louise ! I remember the first call I got from Louise explaining about the application process making it so seamless ! If you’re looking for a place that values its tenants, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The management here is unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacks basic empathy. When faced with an unexpected hardship, I hoped for fair and reasonable communication, but instead, I was met with intimidation tactics and a complete disregard for my situation. I've lived here over 6 months now and my first impressions have confirmed my initial experience. This is an amazing community. Beyond the top class facilities, the staff works to make this place feel more like a resort than an apartment building. Louise, in particular, goes to great lengths to plan events, parties, and gatherings so that neighbors become friends. 414 Light is the very definition of hospitality.
I just want to take a moment to appreciate Wanda , the front desk lady. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents and visitors, and she truly does. Her kindness and attentiveness make a huge difference in the building’s atmosphere.
