From 2020 Pros: -There is a great group of people that live here. You can almost always find something social going on if want to get out of your apartment for a while. If it wasn't for this fact, I know several residents that would have moved out as soon as their lease was up. -Most of the staff have been friendly and approachable to me. -The amenities are pretty solid. Hands down the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. You get a lot of bang for your buck here - full size gym, parties and events with food and drinks multiple times per month, 24/7 security and front desk plus the best on call maintenance I’ve seen in a big building like this. The leasing office staff are also great and help solve any of your problems or concerns very quickly. Only downside is the garage is not fully private but it is very secure, never had any issues with it.
I’ve lived all over the DMV, and this has by far been the best place and the best move-in experience I’ve ever had. From initially looking at the apartment to getting the keys, the entire process was seamless. A huge thank you to Louise and Salwa! 414 light street is an excellent apartment complex with grade A amenities. The management, security, and concierge are all excellent and friendly. I originally choose 414 Light street because of Louise, she answered all of my questions over text immediately(even responding immediately at 11pm at night) providing me with videos of amenities, detailed floor plans with dimensions(it had literally ever wall measured), and helped us through the leasing process.
