413 on Wacouta was an absolutely fantastic venue for our wedding in October 2012. Lynn and her staff are complete pros, exacting when it comes to even very small details, and made everything flow so smoothly from start to finish. We held both our ceremony and reception at 413 for about 150 guests, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Beautiful, meticulously cared-for building in an equally excellent neighborhood. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. :)
