This looks like a wonderful place, for active agers.
Man these guys care. I look forward every week to my trip to 413 Fitness. Everyone makes you feel like family. When I finish I leave feeling energized and good.
Just started the program 1 month ago, and have had a great time. Great instructors and also the fellow classmates are a lot of fun to get to know.
It's made a big difference in Phyllis' attitude. Instructors are very caring.
Its a great place for my grandpa and he loves it and always has a blast!
