Great trainers who are technically skilled and super supportive and encouraging. I love the boxing!!
Lauren and Kerri are wonderful. They are always alert, encouraging, smiling and helpful. Couldn't ask for better leaders in exercises. They push you, but don't over exert anybody in the group. Exactly what we all need.
