I have been coming to 411 Drives since they opened up on Dundas in Whitby and my car won’t go anywhere else! These guys I swear are the best in this area! I always feel so safe when I leave with my car from there, no matter what they work on, if it’s repair or maintenance, they are honest and explain in a way I always understand, and very fair with their pricing. I was here July 30 at 11:51 in the morning. The manager has such a bad attitude. She is so rude. I went up to her. I had two children. One of them got happy meal and the other one got big Mac as well as all six of us ordered a big order. I asked her my child is crying. She’s four years old. She really wants the toy which is cost no money and they have 1 million of them. She says no I cannot do that. I said just make an exception for once she’s crying. WORST DEALER, THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT IS NOT THE VALUE, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG INDIVIDUALS WHO DONT HAVE PROPER KNOWLEDGE….STAY FAR AWAY
Went in there for a quick filter change , they started quoting me different prices from the price we set on the call but , most importantly the staff was extremely rude . I would not recommend for them for an oil change even . Update: they are clearly twisting the story . I called in first they told me they are completely booked . 10 minutes late they called me and said they “freed up a spot” . So I went according to the scheduled time . Regardless the customer service is terrible.
