Nice parking lot, right next door to some hotels and is cheaper parking than what they offer. Confusing to figure out how to get out at first and was afraid we’d get locked out since there’s the entrance is on the street side and not on the hotel side.
Terrible. Unclear directions on how to pay or register your vehicle, and a parking session was started for my vehicle the day AFTER I left town. Awful, do not use if you can avoid it. Customer service is all AI chat as well.
24 hour parking was advertised as $23 by the time I paid it was $28 and I had to have my car out in less than 12 hours, causing us to have to plan our trip around this.Parking across the street was $24 for 24 hours I could have paid less and had my car parked for longer.
