do you like camping? Unless you like camping, look elsewhere. Water leaks from roof when it rains, or burst water pipes in kitchen ceiling. big one, not the little trickle. elevators constantly out of orders. commons are meh, except on first floor to show new prospects.Garage is a stock yard for broken appliances and else, when sewage pipes do not need flushing. you 'd better drive a mini to park, because otherwise you will not be able to. now have a prayer and a sense of humor for management, because they need your support.... read more

Poor Maintenance, Management and Unfair Billing Practices My experience with BJB started out ok, but ended up being a nightmare. Over the course of months, I had to place dozens of tickets for fixes around the place (as maintenance would regularly do poor work), I went without hot water in my kitchen for months, I went without a toilet that would work without having to flush it 3-4 times for months, I had a front door that would not lock regularly, screen doors that would nearly blow off the balcony, obnoxious neighbors that... read more

4100 N Marine Drive 4100 N Marine has one of the best views in the city of Chicago. It over looks Lake Michigan and other parts of the city. It has a roof top terrace where you are able to enjoy the weather and view with friends. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would definitely recommend renting from this building!
