DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE.!!!!! You will be without a vehicle for months and it will never run right again. Had them replace the engine with a jasper engine. They broke the cam phazers on 2 different engines. When they finally got the third engine in it took them a week to get it running right. After I picked it up I barely made it home. They didn't bolt the wire to the starter down it was sitting on top of the nut instead of under it. Took my 88 Thunderbird pro-street car to them today because they were the only place in the area I could find who would balance 15.5 inch wide wheels and tires. They spent about an hour trying to balance my 10 year-old bias ply tires, which were unable to be balanced. When I asked how much I owed them, they told me there was no charge because they could not get them balance. Great shop with great customer service, and I will now be a lifelong customer.
We wish we could give them a good review. We try to keep our purchases local but this definitely didn’t work out. We purchased a Jeep soft top installed November before our trip south. While there we were opening the top and it went halfway and stopped. Called the installers, they say call manufacturer. Manufacturer worked with my husband for an hour. Sending pictures, etc. They suggested we take it to an authorized dealer who said it was improperly installed. With it being improperly installed thus warranty will not be hono... read more
