I had a leak in my unit recently, had a big hole in my kitchen cabinet and the flooring tiles were peeling off. The building manager: Sarah Caicedo, assessed the situation and as of now, everything is resolved. People came to our unit, fixed everything up, and all is good. Very appreciative and thankful for everything, thankful that the building took effective measures for it's tenants. :)
The best place to live. The services are excellent and fast. The building's staff, Sarah and her husband, are very kind and quick to solve any problem a tenant might encounter. The cleaning after the snow is fantastic. I recommend this building to anyone who wants to live comfortably
The pictures speak for itself. From toilet water leaking from the units above, to ceilings caving in, to pest infestation!!! This unit has a lot of issues and they do not use proper material to fix it nor do they repair any maintenance request within a timely manner. There have been times when the heat isn’t working in the middle of winter. 311 can only do so much this building is a health hazard.
It's not okay.
