Honestly this building is poorly maintained. There’s no proper communication between tenants and the superintendents or managers either. The last few years it was mediocre, however recently, with the new Spanish superintendents; things have gotten worse. They’ve harassed tenants, tried to force tenants to leave, recorded tenants without their permissions and overall are just rude and unprofessional.
