I went to 41 East Flooring to solve a problem with discontinued 16x16" tile. Jeff spent time an effort to find a solution to my dilemma. He found a warehouse that sold the 16x16"tile I was looking for, but mentioned the price would be prohibitive seeing I only needed 1 or 2 boxes. He guided me to another showroom in Naples that had similar tile at a reduced price. Thanks Jeff, you saved me some serious $.

This owner is very unprofessional and a scammer. I bought engineer Flooring showed me the sample. When the flooring arrived, it did not look at all the same. I said this is not the same Flooring . He suggested I rent a U-Haul truck and take it back. Seven hours drives and there will be no 20% restocking fee -once I return the merchandise he went and charged The 20% restocking fee. I told him he just made me go all the way to East Coast, Florida to drop it off. He didn’t care. I also bought some cabinets for kitchen. That’s a... read more
