The worst maintenance service ever!! The personnel at the leasing office change every month or so which means everytime you are dealing with a new person. My dishwasher sits in the apartment broken (would not drain) and they said it’s not an emergency to fix. Today, on the fourth day, the water seems moldy to me and hence maybe they might fix it tomorrow. I am moving out but I would suggest to look for better apartments. :)

Edit April 2026: After 4+ years without major bug issues, the last few months have been Roach Hell. There are two or three types running around so you know it's bad. This is after fogging, baiting, spraying, and yes I have made a service request whatever they did only helped for a few days. I've literally found roaches in both the fridge and freezer btw. At this point, I try to stay over with family and friends whenever possible. My rent is now about 50% more than it was when I first moved in so I might as well move somewher... read more
