I am very please with the new manager Carmen. She is very helpful, friendly and gets all the work done.
The new property manager Ms. Carmen and Ms. Doris from corporate have been nothing but understanding and helpful. Very knowledgeable, taking time to clearly make sure my questions are answered and that I understand. Ms. Carmen is new here but she clearly cares abt her tenants. I’ve been here for a year now and my experience has been a good one. Glad to have you here Ms. Carmen.
Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone downhill fast. Rent keeps going up, but the service keeps getting worse. They charge everyone for trash pickup, yet the trash just sits there for days. We also paid for pest control, but no one ever shows up. I’ve filed multiple complaints, and nothing gets done. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible management — I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone.
