I’ve had a really great experience living here! The owner is genuinely kind, generous, and especially caring toward students, which I really appreciate. The prices are affordable, and the service and support from management have always been excellent. The worst maintenance service ever!! The personnel at the leasing office change every month or so which means everytime you are dealing with a new person. My dishwasher sits in the apartment broken (would not drain) and they said it’s not an emergency to fix. Today, on the fourth day, the water seems moldy to me and hence maybe they might fix it tomorrow. I am moving out but I would suggest to look for better apartments. :)
