As a recently single dad trying to find a place downtown for me and my kids, the process has been challenging. When I came in, Abbey greeted me warmly and truly went above and beyond to explain everything and show me around. From the moment I walked in, I felt like this was the right place for us. I ended up signing the application right away. Abbey, thank you for making me feel so welcome and at home it really meant a lot.
Best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Fantastic front office and maintenance staff that address problems quickly. Facilities are incredible with a great gym, pool, and free coffee machine & 24 oz of beer every day. Walking distance from everything but still quiet enough at night. This is THE place to live downtown!
We relocated here a couple months ago and absolutely love 408! The people that live here have created a great community that is spans age groups and backgrounds. Everyone is fun and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to all the great things in Greenville. I’m looking forward to ball games and food trucks right outside the building this summer!

I recently moved in a few weeks ago and I’m enjoying every bit of this place. The move in process was easy and I appreciate all of the assistance the leasing office provided. I only had one maintenance issue, which was resolved within the hour. I haven’t experienced any issues with noise, even with how close the train tracks are. If you’re thinking of moving downtown or are wondering if it’s worth it, I believe you truly get your money’s worth at 408.
