I’m upset about the inconsistency. A package that says 1 pound is actually a 5 pound roast… I even had a bag that said a one pound tenderloin and it wasn’t even a half pound. Right at .46. I also am upset about the inconsistent weight with the burger as well. If you take 2 pounds out you would think yoi get exactly the 2 pounds… but it’s actually way less or way more. This processor really brought home the final steps of an incredible experience. I went hunting at Big Sky Bison and used 406 Processing to handle the meat processing and shipping. This was my first time dealing with this part of the process. 406 Processing was very kind and thorough. I dropped off a deer at their shop a few weeks ago. They are efficient, friendly, and CLEAN!!!! They also work with the veterans home in town to provide meat for the year. Great people!
