1 star and would be negative if was an option!!! We went there for a 2016 Equinox 2 different times!! Only 1 guy working and the first time we were walking around the vehicle he didn't come over and say anything like I will be right with you or anything so we left. Same thing second time we went there! I actually had to walk in the shop and he was with other customers getting back from a test drive but he seen us as he walked in his office and not a word about him being right with us or anything.
